Recycling With the Sevier County Library System

Sevier County – A new school season will soon be starting and all of those Sevier County students will be using their home computers to print homework assignments. As those laser and inkjet cartridges become depleted, please drop off the used cartridges at any of the Sevier County Public Library System locations.  The Sevier County Library System serves as a drop-off point for the used cartridges in an effort to help Sevier County go green.

Drop off the used cartridge at the Sevier County Main Library at 408 High Streetnue in downtown Sevierville; the Seymour Branch Library at 137 W. Macon Lane in Seymour; or, the Kodak Branch Library at 319 West Dumplin Valley Road in Kodak.

The cartridges will be recycled and any proceeds from the recycling process will go directly to the SCPLS Library Foundation to help fund the new Sevier County Main Library. For more information about Going Green with the Sevier County Public Library System, please call Delores Vess at (865) 774-6033 or email at dvess@sevierlibrary.org.
